1. One session per week: Practice the same 15-minute session every day for seven days before moving on. Repetition is a key part of Sophrology.
2. Schedule your practice: Choose a time when you won’t be disturbed and add it to your calendar. Morning, afternoon, or evening, the best time is the one you can stick to.
3. Stay present, gently: It’s normal for your mind to wander. Just notice it and bring your focus back, it gets easier with time.
4. Go at your own pace: If you miss a day, don’t worry. Simply continue when you can, this is your journey.
5. No experience or equipment needed: All you need is a quiet space, your breath, and 15 minutes a day, just for you.
