If you’re new to Sophrology, this is the perfect place to start. The 7-Day Fitness for Your Mind programme is a simple, accessible way to discover practical techniques for reducing stress, building awareness and resilience, and enhance your inner resources of calm, confidence, and motivation.
Guided by Dominique Antiglio, each 13 to 20 minutes session helps you connect with and balance your mind, body and emotion as well as discover the basics of Sophrology. The practices combine standing, sitting or even lying exercises so everyone can find the best way to access their next level of empowerment and well-being. Remember there is nothing to succeed at during the exercises, simply close your eyes and let Dominique guide you.
